Step by Step

4 Direction Punch
Movements  7 + 7
Ready Posture - PARALLEL READY STANCE

    1. Step forward with the right foot toward D into a right walking stance. Execute a middle right punch to D.
    2. Move the right foot back toward A into a left walking stance facing B. Execute a left low block toward B.
    3. Step forward with the right foot toward B into a right walking stance. Execute a right middle punch toward B.
    4. Step back with the right foot ward D into a left walking stance facing C while executing a left low block toward C.
    5. Step forward with the right foot toward C into a right walking stance toward C. Execute a right middle punch toward C.
    6. Step back with the right foot toward B into a left walking stance facing A. Execute a left low block toward A.
    7. Step forward with the right foot toward A into a right walking stance toward A. Executing a right middle punch toward A. 

Finish - Bring the right foot back to a ready stance facing D.

    1. Step forward with the left foot toward D into a left walking stance. Execute a middle left punch to D.
    2. Move the left foot back toward A into a right walking stance facing B. Execute a right low block toward B.
    3. Step forward with the left foot toward B into a left walking stance. Execute a left middle punch toward B.
    4. Step back with the left foot ward D into a right walking stance facing C while executing a right low block toward C.
    5. Step forward with the left foot toward C into a left walking stance toward C. Execute a left middle punch toward C.
    6. Step back with the left foot toward B into a right walking stance facing A. Execute a right low block toward A.
    7. Step forward with the left foot toward A into a left walking stance toward A. Executing a left middle punch toward A. 

Finish - Bring the left foot back to a ready stance facing D.
