Step the right leg back into - Walking Stance Low Block with the outer-forearm

Back leg Front snap kick then step forward into Walking ready stance (x3)

Step the front leg back into Parallel ready stance

Step back the right leg into left Walking Stance Low Block with the outer-forearm (x3)

Step the rear leg forward into Parallel ready stance

Front Snap kick with Low Block (Front View)

 

Front Snap kick with Low Block (Side View)

Step the right leg back into - Walking Stance Middle Block with the inner-forearm

Step forward into Walking Stance Middle Punch with the forefist (x3)

Step the front leg back into Parallel ready stance

Step back the right leg into left Walking Stance Middle Block with the inner-forearm (x3)

Step the rear leg forward into Parallel ready stance

Middle Punch with Middle Block (Front View)
